A coat of plush, a soul of fire,
Akita eyes, with wisdom’s pyre.
From ancient lands, a noble breed,
Where loyalty and strength are decreed.

A silent shadow, proud and bold,
A heart of gold, in fur of old.
Curled tail, a smile that melts the snow,
A gentle giant, soft and slow.

Beneath the fluff, a spirit brave,
Loyal protector, fierce and grave.
A watchful gaze, a bark that booms,
Protecting loved ones, defying glooms.

Yet playful paws, and clumsy grace,
A clownish grin, a loving embrace.
Snow drifts danced in joyful leaps,
As winter’s kiss the Akita keeps.

So raise a paw, to hearts so true,
The Akita spirit, bold and new.
In every glance, a love untold,
A furry friend, worth more than gold.
