Where magma flows and ash descends,
Menasting strides, a fiery friend.
Molten heart and obsidian hide,
A creature born of darkness’ tide.

Once protector, fierce and strong,
Defending home, where flames belong.
But greed consumed, and balance fell,
Twisting kindness, into burning hell.

With searing claws and lava breath,
It guards its domain, defying death.
Embers flicker, a crimson gaze,
Whispering secrets, lost in a haze.

Legends speak of power untold,
Hidden within, a heart of gold.
Can warmth be found, beyond the rage?
Or only fury, fuels the burning cage?

Through scorched earth and smoke-filled air,
Menasting dances, with despair.
Hope flickers dim, in flames alight,
Will darkness win, or dawn take flight?

For even shadows, cast by fear,
Hold within them, a hidden tear.
Perhaps the beast, with fiery soul,
Can find redemption, make itself whole.

So let it burn, a cleansing pyre,
And from the ashes, hope transpire.
For Menasting holds, a hidden key,
To mend the world, and finally, be free.
