Lascelles Abercrombie

Lascelles Abercrombie was a British poet and literary critic, who belonged to a group of poets known as the “Dymock poets” and the “Georgian poets”. He wrote several books of poetry and drama, as well as essays on the theory and practice of poetry. He also taught English literature at various universities, including Liverpool, Leeds, London, and Oxford.
